babelon offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Babel Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through our contact page and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the Library. Pro features end as soon as you cancel, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
